How does coaching take place?

The coaching process, whether for personal or professional coaching, varies depending on the needs and preferences of the client, as well as the method I use.

However, there are general steps that are often followed in the coaching process:

Goal Setting

During the first sessions, I work with my client to clearly define the objectives they wish to achieve through coaching. These goals can be linked to specific skills, professional challenges or personal developments.

Assessment and analysis

I conduct a thorough assessment of the client's current situation by asking questions, listening carefully, and encouraging reflection. This provides a better understanding of my client's strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs and potential obstacles.

Planning and strategies

Based on the assessment, I work with my client to develop a concrete action plan. This plan typically includes short- and long-term strategies, steps, and goals to achieve the desired results.

Regular coaching sessions
