Practical psychology

Psychopractice is a therapeutic approach which aims to support people in psychological suffering. It is based on a global understanding of the individual, taking into account their emotions, thoughts and behaviors.

Psychopractice offers holistic therapeutic support to promote mental and emotional well-being, enabling individuals to overcome their difficulties and achieve their full potential.

Psychopractitioners use different techniques and methods to help their clients know themselves better, overcome their difficulties and find solutions adapted to their situation. The main objective of psychotherapy is to improve the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, promoting their personal fulfillment and psychological development.
What a difference ?
Psychologist, psychotherapist and psychopractitioner?
The differences between a psychotherapist, a psychologist and a psychopractitioner lie mainly in their training and therapeutic approaches. A psychotherapist is a mental health professional who has completed specific training in psychotherapy. He or she may be a psychiatrist, psychologist or social worker, and is licensed to practice therapies to treat mental disorders. A psychologist is a professional who has earned a degree in psychology and can perform psychological assessments, tests, and provide counseling based on a scientific approach to psychology. Some psychologists may also be trained in psychotherapy.

What is a psychopractitioner?

A psychopractitioner is a practitioner who uses different therapeutic methods to support people in psychological suffering. Unlike psychotherapists and psychologists, he does not necessarily have a university degree in psychology. Psychopractitioners often train in specific approaches such as Gestalt therapy, sophrology, art therapy, lithotherapy, etc. Unlike psychotherapists and psychologists who may focus on a specific approach, psychopractitioners are often trained in several complementary therapeutic methods.
